Project Analyst, Senior Level - Contingent

Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
  • Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules.
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.


  • Experience researching and analyzing specific and systemic issues relating to project and industry performance, and providing strategies and tactics for overcoming poor performance
  • Experience facilitating data-driven collaborative improvement activities between two or more large organizations such as corporations, businesses, or agencies
  • Experience using the latest versions of Adobe Captivate and Microsoft PowerPoint, and with developing and working with digital video files, digital audio files and on-screen capturing tools as they relate to the development of classroom and computer based training material to include embedding Closed Captioning (experience with other Adobe products Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier, as well as digital video file compression tools, is desired)
  • Experience with analyzing contractor bills of material and other supplier management related acquisition life cycle documentation
  • Experience with networked schedule development, baseline and status using milestones, tasks, duration, relationship, lead/lag, constraints, predecessor, successor, early dates, late dates, free float, total float, and critical path using Microsoft Project


  • More than 10 years of experience
  • MA/MS degree in relevant field or a Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience related to the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
  • Secret Clearance required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
